REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
IFLAMME allows customers to request a refund of products under reasonable conditions.
We may issue refunds under the following conditions:
1. Products not received: The products have not been delivered to the customer within the expected delivery time. In this case, the customer can request a refund.
2. Repeated payment: the customer has made a repeated payment for an order. In this case, we can respect the customer's wish for reimbursement. We will reimburse one of the payments, or several payments (the principle is that the order is not delivered.).
3. Sometimes we need your help to verify the payment information. If you reject it or do not respond to our request within 7 days, your order will be canceled and refunded immediately. For account orders, if you do not complete the verification within 2 days, your order will be canceled and refunded immediately.
4. When your payment amount is less than the order amount, you will have the opportunity to make up the balance. If you refuse or do not respond within 7 days, your order will be cancelled and refunded immediately.
In the following cases, I am afraid we will not be able to refund customers:
1. Delivery completed: the products have been delivered to the customer as agreed and in accordance with the description.
2. Unpaid Order: The customer is not authorized to request a refund for the unpaid order.
3. For any reason other than the reasons listed above in “We may issue a refund under the following conditions”.
Regarding refund, please contact our 24/7 online customer service under reasonable conditions. Your refund request will be verified after submitting the order number and refund reason. If the request is approved, the refund will be returned to the customer account or bank card.
*Special case: If you pay by "paysafecard" or "boku", you must provide a usable Paypal account or Skrill account to obtain a refund.
The cardholder is entitled to a refund within 14 days after purchasing a service or product.
Refund Processing Time: We will process the refund request within 5 business days, but the exact time of the refund is determined by the processing speed of different banks.
